Order Delivery Timeframe


Delivery time consists of two phases:
  1. Processing Time: Includes order verification, customization (if applicable), quality inspection, and packaging. All orders are typically forwarded to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of order placement and payment confirmation.
  2. Shipping Time: The duration for items to be transported from our warehouse to the destination (for in-stock items):
    • USA & Canada: 2–4 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance)
    • Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance)
    • U.K. & Europe: 2–4 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance)
    • Other Countries: 2–5 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance)

Shipping Protection & Priority Service

  • Insured Shipping: If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement upon receiving sufficient proof.
  • Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is prioritized in our daily dispatch list to manufacturers. Shipping times may be similar to Standard Shipping (depending on order volume), and your item is fully insured.

Additional Notes

  • Some products may ship separately and arrive at different times due to our multi-location warehouses.
  • Tracking numbers may take 1–7 days to update with accurate information. Use third-party platforms like https://17track.net for tracking.
  • Shipping times may exceed estimates for certain countries or during high order volume periods. We prioritize product quality and strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible—thank you for your understanding.

Order Change Requests

To modify your order, email support@steelquiet.com within 24 hours of placement. We cannot accommodate changes once the order has shipped. Please verify size, color, and other details before ordering to avoid inconvenience.
